These sessions integrate all the skills necessary to play the game, with an emphasis on playing at greatest speed, recognizing situations and understanding options, and thereby improving decision-making in game-like situations. Increasing footspeed, protecting the puck and small area drills will help to develop “hockey intelligence”.The week of high tempo practices will have players primed as they head into the new hockey season!
