Advanced Hockey IQ for Prospects

The ice session has players learning from and skating alongside Olympians, PWHL Pros, National Women’s Team members, and College players. These are high-tempo workouts, with an emphasis on improving decision-making in game-like situations. Players at this level have a strong skill base, and are  presented with challenges to enhance these skills in fast-moving ever-changing situations, i.e. “hockey intelligence”.

A 1hr pre-ice time session is a fun and challenging program that is CONNECTED to the on-ice skills of the day. An excellent and fun full-out workout!
