Core Day Academy

The ice session has players learning from and skating alongside Olympians, PWHL Pros, National Women’s Team members, and College players. All individual skills, with emphasis on skating, puck-handling, decision-making, and improved understanding of game concepts.

The off-ice program includes skills transferable to the ice and many fun challenges.
