Defence Skills and Tactics

The ice session has players learning from and skating alongside Olympians, PWHL Pros, National Women’s Team members, and College players. This program is intended for rep defenseman looking to elevate their game. Sessions will be a combination of high-paced drills and challenges, along with important tips from experienced pros on positioning, angling, stick placement and directing the opponent.

A 1hr pre-ice time session is a fun and challenging program that is CONNECTED to the on-ice skills of the day. An excellent and fun full-out workout!
