Fundamentals for beginners

A great beginning for the youngest girls and boys interested in the game! The ice session has players learning from and skating alongside Olympians, Hockey Canada Women’s Team members, and College players. A comprehensive program centers on skating mechanics, building confidence on ice and includes small area games and challenges with pucks. Players also enjoy a 45-minute FUN off-ice session including group play that further develops the fundamentals being taught
