Hockey IQ

The ice session has players learning from and skating alongside Olympians, PWHL Pros, National Women’s Team members, and College players. These sessions integrate all the skills necessary to play the game, with an emphasis on playing at high speed, recognizing situations and understanding options, and thereby improving decision-making in game-like situations. Increasing footspeed, protecting the puck and small area drills will help to develop “hockey intelligence”.

A 1hr pre-ice time session is a fun and challenging program that is CONNECTED to the on-ice skills of the day. An excellent and fun full-out workout!
